  Staff is obnoxious and unhelpful. Daryl is literal human trash and unless you kiss his ass he will make your visit one of the worst experiences of your life. I kid you not, this man is one of the most arrogant people you will ever meet. I witnessed him talk about customers to other staff members, RIGHT IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. He undoubtedly leads an embarrassingly empty life and uses his 'authority' within the walls of that one building to flex his ego and make himself feel better about his meaningless existence. Luckily, by the time I have to go back there, he will probably have retired or died. The DMV is known to be inefficient and miserable, but this place, and the staff bring it to an entirely new level. I will personally do anything in my power to avoid ever visiting this place again, and I suggest everyone do the same.

  Very awful experience, at the cranberry location which is owned by the same owner(Tim Rogers).I tried getting in contact with the owner for 2 months over a car title issue that was their fault and NEVER received a call back at all! I was treated very rudely by the careless staff especially the gentleman, Caleb. He preceded to cuss me out over the phone for no reason because he did not want to admit to his fault. I buy and sell vehicles quite frequently and will never ever use their service again or beaver county tax and title because of their careless owner who can't return a phone call of a customer who they did wrong! Beware, you're better off going out of your way than to use their service for anything.
